Connect4life:missions

At C4L, we are passionate about spreading the Good News of Jesus to all people. The very last words spoken by Jesus in Acts 1:7-8 were, “He said to them: ‘It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.’” This leads us to go be His witness through the power of the Holy Spirit!

Finding opportunities in our own “Jerusalem and Judea” to be His witnesses. As a church, here are some of the ways we can accomplish this: providing clothes, jackets, and socks to the homeless of Dallas on Thanksgiving morning, helping a friend move, mowing a lawn for someone who can’t, providing food for the community, having an outdoor worship gathering, or anything else we can do to point others to Jesus.

Monthly donations can be dropped off in the C4L foyer.

connect4life: Puerto Rico

Connnect4LIFE is partnering with Daniel and Yolanda Rivera and the Dream Center Esperanza to spread the good news to the people of Puerto Rico. We will be taking frequent trips to assist in Puerto Rico. Connect:Kids also collects Loud Offering to raise money for the Rivera kids to do their own missions objectives. The Link will raise money to provide communications and transportation needs. Most importantly, we will partner in prayer with them as they lead the way in bringing Jesus to the people of Puerto Rico.
